Type 2 diabetes can be explained as a disease that causes blood sugar levels to be higher than normal. Mainly there is a body part named pancreas which induces a hormone called insulin. The insulin is used to create energy by making your cells to turn glucose from the food we eat. Actually, the problem with people suffering from type 2 diabetes is that their body makes insulin, but the cells don’t use the insulin as properly as it should. It is difficult to know the symptoms for type 2 diabetes but still there are some symptoms which can be recognized.

1. Feeling Hungry All The Time

Are you feeling hungry most of the time. It may be a symptom of type 2 diabetes. But that doesn’t surely mean that it is a disease. Maybe it can be something natural. But if you are feeling hungry every time each day, then it can be a type 2 diabetes symptom. This symptom is mostly seen in children as they always feel hungry even after eating a meal.

2. Frequently Urinating

The most known symptom for type 2 diabetes is urinating repeatedly after a short interval of time. This happens because the rise in glucose level in our cells force fluids to come out of the cells. Due to which, the amount of liquid in our body increases and this increased amount of liquid is transferred to kidneys. Therefore, this is why the amount of urine increases.

3. Vision Problems

You will not believe it but your blurry vision can be type 2 diabetes symptom. Actually, the rise in glucose levels due to type 2 diabetes can be a reason for the swelling of eye lens of your eyes. This can be a reason for the blurry vision. Many other eye problems can occur due to high blood sugar levels. This can be eliminated by taking proper treatment for type 2 diabetes.

4. Feeling Thirsty All The Time

Due to frequent urination, the tissues in our body gets dehydrated. Therefore, we feel thirsty most of the time. It is also one of the common symptom for diabetes. Drinking a lot of water is not going to help because too much urination will deplete the amount of liquid in your tissues, making you feel thirsty again.

5. Fatigue

Do you feel to much worn out or tired. It can be a symptom of type 2 diabetes. The levels of glucose in our cells depletes. As we know that glucose is one of the main source of energy for our body, we feel tired and exhausted all the time. Fatigue can also affect your health and your mood.

6. Slow Healing

Getting hurt can cause wounds which is not going to heal normally. Due to the rise in glucose levels rises, your body healing takes time. So, normal cuts or sores takes time to heal and stay open for long which can cause infection.

7. Other type 2 diabetes symptoms

  • too much shaking of hands, legs.
  • feeling dizziness.
  • headache for most of the time.
  • too much sweating
  • mood swings

Sometimes, it can happen that people may not notice that there blood sugar levels are increasing because they are not feeling any symptoms. High blood sugar levels can lead to many other problems.
